Noticeboards - A new noticeboard has been installed in St James’ Street and the cost will be covered by an insurance claim.  A request for a grant to replace the noticeboard in Kirby Hall Road has been approved by Halstead Local Area Committee.

Disabled Parking in Falcon Square - Essex County Council Highways has issued the consultation document in respect of a disabled parking space outside the doctors surgeries. 

Street Light in New Park - The broken light has been repaired and Greenfields have been requested to trim the tree that caused the damage.

Cemetery - Work has been approved to tidy up the cemetery by removing dead vegetation and litter and trimming of overgrown trees.

Annual Parish General Meeting - This meeting has been scheduled to take place on 19th May 2011 in the memorial Hall.

Next Meeting -  Parish Council at 7.45 p.m., 16th March 2011, at the Memorial Hall.
