Highway Matters -The Parish Council is to order clearance of vegetation from pavements at various locations in the village.
National Grid - 2 of 3 possible sites for a new substation are in the Parish- 1 in the vicinity of the railway station/museum the other down Delvyns Lane. This substation will be the size of 2 football pitches, around 40 feet high with a tower. The Parish Council is awaiting detailed maps of the proposed sites from National Grid. It will then submit detailed comments and objection(s) to National Grid.
Cemetery - Various repair and maintenance works will be carried out. The Parish Council decided not to increase its burial fees.
