Essex is to get over £6 million from government to improve broadband across the county. Frustration about internet speed affects every computer user from time to time, and in some homes and businesses can cause real problems.
Castle Hedingham Parish Council wants our village to be adequately supplied to meet 21st century demands – but everyone has to take action if they want superfast broadband.
What can we do to get superfast broadband sooner? Register your demand by completing a quick survey at www.superfastessex.org. By knowing where people want and need broadband, Essex County Council plans to get the necessary upgrades done to serve those people first. You can register a home or a business. We can all make a difference!
Braintree District Council is also issuing posters and reply cards to publicise the campaign, look out for these in the village shops.
