Founded in 1865 CHCC play cricket most summer weekends in idyllic surroundings at the Castle Ground. Situated at the top of the hill on the Sudbury Road we may be hard to find but please be assured of a friendly welcome once you do! We always need enthusiastic new players so please come along and join us.

Are you interested in joining an association of adults from the North Essex area who have set up a group running classes, broadly educational in nature and covering topics such as Art; Architecture; Theatre; Film; Poetry; Literature; Languages; History; politics etc?

2.30 pm on a Monday –usually the first Monday in the month.
There are 10 meetings a year and membership costs £10 annually.
Each session costs £3.50 for members or £5.00 for non- members.

Castle Hedingham Tennis Club has three hard courts and has been an integral part of the community since 1922. We are able to offer excellent coaching opportunities to both juniors and adults alike. Most importantly though, Castle Hedingham is a friendly and sociable club where new members are guaranteed a warm welcome, regardless of their age or ability.
